Safety & Property
Ring video doorbell is located at the front door. Outdoor cameras are on the sides of the house and operate 24 7. The doorbell and cameras are motion activated and record video and audio. There are no cameras inside the house or facing into the home
An exterior noise monitor Minut is installed. It only measures volume levels decibels and does not record or live stream sound or conversations. If volume gets too high we will kindly send you a quick text as a reminder to keep it down. Please keep in mind that quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM
The pool area is fully enclosed with a screened pool cage to help keep out mosquitoes and bugs
The property is also fully fenced and gated for added privacy and peace of mind
As with any pool please assign an undistracted adult as the Water Watcher whenever children are near or in the pool
Entry depth is 4 feet and the maximum depth is 6 feet
A baby fence is already set up for added safety

Please return items to the garage after use.
We heat the pool from October to April at no extra charge. While many vacation rentals charge $25+ per day for this, we’re happy to include it as part of your stay—no added fees, just more fun and comfort. Please note that if outdoor temperatures drop below 65 degrees, it can be difficult to keep the pool warm—just like any pool. We’ll do our best, but nature sometimes has the final say.
We have four parking spots available on the driveway. At this time, parking inside the garage is not available. There is also no street parking per city. We have an RV hookup—just ask if you’d like to use it!
When booking directly through our website, full payment is required at the time of reservation. We use Truvi for a quick and easy guest screening process, which the primary guest will need to complete before arrival. Be on the lookout for a text/email from Truvi at the time of booking. A fully refundable $500 security deposit is also held for incidentals, just to keep things worry-free for everyone.
For your peace of mind, we offer the same generous cancellation policy as our listing on Airbnb. You’ll receive a full refund if you cancel at least 5 days before check in. If you’d like extra protection, we encourage purchasing trip insurance at this affiliate link.
Yes, we happily welcome up to two well-behaved, house-trained dogs—there is no pet fee! We kindly ask that you clean up after them, keep them leashed when walking in the neighborhood, and help us minimize fur inside the home. If extra cleaning is needed, a $150 or more fee may apply. At this time, we are not set up to host cats. Thank you so much for understanding!
Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the house or in the backyard. You’re welcome to smoke or vape on the front porch if you’d like. If the house smells like smoke after departure, a deep cleaning fee of up to $300 may apply. Thanks so much for understanding.
We love hosting families! You’ll find night lights, kid-friendly furniture, children’s utensils, books, toys, two Pack N Plays, and a high chair ready for you. The pool fence adds peace of mind, but little ones still need an undistracted Water Watcher (someone not on their phone and fully supervising anytime children are near the water). Need more baby gear? We partnered with BabyQuip where you can rent additional equipment (such as a car seat or stroller) through our affiliate link.
Absolutely! We have pool towels, sand toys, an umbrella, two chairs, a heavy-duty wagon and a cooler with wheels for you in the garage. We just ask that you brush off any sand outside by the garage side door before washing clothes in the washer.
Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM unless we’ve made other arrangements with you. We're usually not able to be flexible with timing, but if you need a place to store your bags, just let us know. We’re happy to keep them in the garage for you!
