POOL RULES: Always assign a Water Watcher — someone undistracted and off their phone when kids are swimming

No food or glass in the pool area (outdoor-friendly dinnerware is under the coffee bar)
Baby fence is available — kindly return it to its original position if removed
DOG RULES: Up to 2 well-behaved, potty-trained dogs welcome (fee waived!)

Safety & Property
Ring video doorbell is located at the front door. Outdoor cameras are on the sides of the house and operate 24 7. The doorbell and cameras are motion activated and record video and audio. There are no cameras inside the house or facing into the home
An exterior noise monitor Minut is installed. It only measures volume levels decibels and does not record or live stream sound or conversations. If volume gets too high we will kindly send you a quick text as a reminder to keep it down. Please keep in mind that quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM
The pool area is fully enclosed with a screened pool cage to help keep out mosquitoes and bugs
The property is also fully fenced and gated for added privacy and peace of mind
As with any pool please assign an undistracted adult as the Water Watcher whenever children are near or in the pool
Entry depth is 4 feet and the maximum depth is 6 feet
A baby fence is already set up for added safety
Cancellation policy
If you change your plans right after booking, you can cancel within 24 hours and receive a full refund, as long as your arrival date is at least 5 days away. If you need to cancel later, you can still receive a 50% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. This gives you peace of mind when booking.

Yes, we heat the pool year-round at no additional charge. While many vacation rentals charge $25+ per day for pool heat, we’re happy to include it as part of your stay—no added fees, just more fun and comfort.
Please note that during colder weather, particularly when outdoor temperatures stay below 65°F, it may be difficult for any pool heater to maintain the usual water temperature. We’ll keep the heater running and do our best, but Mother Nature sometimes has the final say.
We have four parking spots available on the driveway. At this time, parking inside the garage is not available. There is also no street parking per city. We have an RV hookup—just ask if you’d like to use it!

Yes, we happily welcome up to two well-behaved, house-trained dogs—there is no pet fee! We kindly ask that you clean up after them, keep them leashed when walking in the neighborhood, and help us minimize fur inside the home. If extra cleaning is needed, a $150 or more fee may apply. At this time, we are not set up to host cats.
Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the house or in the backyard. You’re welcome to smoke or vape on the front porch.
If there is evidence of smoking or vaping inside the home, including a lingering smoke odor, a deep-cleaning fee of up to $300 may apply.

We love hosting families! You’ll find night lights, kid-friendly furniture, children’s utensils, books, toys, two Pack N Plays, and a high chair ready for you. The baby pool fence adds peace of mind, but little ones still need an undistracted Water Watcher (someone not on their phone) supervising any time children are near the water.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM unless we’ve made other arrangements with you. We're usually not able to be flexible with timing, but if you need a place to store your bags while waiting for check-in, just let us know. We’re happy to keep them in the garage for you!
